Developed by the Royal Academy of Dance, this programme is based on research into dance practice for older learners and classes can only be taught by Silver Swans® licensed teachers.
Whether you’ve never danced before or want to get back into the swing of it, our Silver Swans® classes have something for everyone! It’s never too late to shine!
Taught by our licensed teacher, our ballet classes designed for over-55s (but anyone is welcome to join us!) to keep you fit and active.
