A fun class full of stretching, conditioning and choreography, not just to the latest songs in the charts but also some old school classic hits. This popular and exciting dance style develops dynamic routines for performance and group examinations.

Suppleness, strength and flexibility are the key to fantastic Acro. Progressing through the floor work based syllabus, children can develop their skills from forward rolls through to splits, bridges and walkovers to name a few, using combinations of exercises and dance to create a unique style.

A high energy, fun filled class with poms, cheers and simple stunts creating a cheer squad. Sharp moves with fast tempo dances, a big voice and tonnes of “spirit” help to make cheerleading great fun and great teamwork.
