Acro
Suppleness, strength and flexibility are the key to fantastic Acro. Progressing through the floor work based syllabus, children can develop their skills from forward rolls through to splits, bridges and walkovers to name a few, using combinations of exercises and dance to create a unique style.
Cheerleading
A high energy, fun filled class with poms, cheers and simple stunts creating a cheer squad. Sharp moves with fast tempo dances, a big voice and tonnes of “spirit” help to make cheerleading great fun and great teamwork. You will need to be full of enthusiasm ready for hard work and dedication to be a cheerleader.

Strengthening Class
A focused class working on developing muscle memory and technique strength as the pupils develop their dance technique and strength. The class is based on exercises using a fit ball, resistance bands and yoga mat using the highly praised PBT syllabus with exercises specifically for developing dance techniques.
