As this year draws to a close, I’ve been taking a moment to reflect — and what a year it’s been 💫Celebrating 18 incredible years of K2 Dance Academy has felt extra special. From stepping onto the stage at Melton Theatre with our Rewind show, to seeing so much growth, confidence, and joy radiating from our dancers, it’s been a reminder of why we do what we do.We’ve had wonderful IDTA award successes, and I couldn’t be prouder of the IDTA Theatre Award nominations for Ruby and Jasmine — such a huge achievement and so well deserved.Launching adult Irish classes and watching dancers take to the stage for the very first time has been genuinely heart-warming. Add in a successful mini showcase, the arrival of so many new dancers into our dance family, and countless individual and personal milestones — there’s honestly too much to list without missing someone.Most of all, I’m grateful for the dedication, courage, and passion shown by every dancer, and for the support from families and our wider K2 community.
